R.I.P. Talia Joy Castellano! The CoverGirl Talia Joy Castellano, the young girl who inspired thousands with her YouTube make-up tutorials has died at the age of 13 following a 6 year battle with cancer.

Talia's family announced her death on her Facebook page on the 16th of july, they wrote:

'It is with a heavy heart that we share with all of you that Talia has earned her wings at 11:22am. Please lift her beautiful soul, her beautiful light to heaven.'

Actress Funke Akindele To End Her One Year marriage!

A little over a year after tying the knot with Kehinde Oloyede, Funke Akindele's marriage has ended. The Popular  Actress  Funke Akindele who got married to Kehinde Oloyede last year May 26th 2012, seems to be ending the marriage.

Kehinde Oloyede shared the news of their split on his Facebook page (which he has since deleted). He wrote:
"It’s with heavy heart that am announcing the separation of me nd ma wife Mrs olufunke akindele,we’ve both agreed to go our separate ways coz of irreconcilable differences.we still best of friends nd we 4ever remain gud friends.
Later he added...
"Am doing just fine, gettn along without u,don't need u anymore in ma life.u d greatest mistake av made in recent time".

Eight months old Xiao Bao was stabbed 90 times in the face with scissors by his mother for biting her while she was breastfeeding him. The shocking incident happened in Xuzhou, eastern China's Jiangsu Province.

The infant lives with his mother and two uncles, who make a living recycling rubbish. It was one of the uncles who discovered Xiao Bao lying in a pool of blood in the yard of their home and rushed him to hospital.  The baby needed more than 100 stitches.

Al-Mustapha Discharged And Acquitted - Lagos Court Of Appeal

Major Hamza Al-Mustapha, The former Chief Security Officer to late Head of State, Gen. Sani Abacha, was discharged and acquitted Yesterday by the Court of Appeal in Lagos for the murder of Kudirat Abiola.

The judgment overturns that of the Lagos High Court which convicted and sentenced the him in January 2012 and sentenced him to death by hanging.

The Court of Appeal, in their ruling, said; the evidence  was not enough to incriminate Al-Mustapha in the murder of Late Mrs Abiola.
Chief MKO Abiola's wife was shot dead on June 4, 1996, on what was alleged to be the orders of Al-Mustapha.

Venus first announced she suffered from the disease, with the help of ABC’s Robin Roberts, in 2011. However, she’s since learned not to worry about it so much, and she certainly won’t let it affect her career.

"The mistake she's making is that it depends on the hospital you are going to in India. She says she runs a foundation, they might give her a rebate.
